We are currently interviewing for installers, trainees, shop welders, salespeople, and office workers.
All applicants must have transportation, along with a valid California drivers license and a good driving record. There is no more important requirement to work for this company. That and what we find when we do a background check, which we will do with all applicants. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) helpfull.
Installers and trainees are expected to be able to get up early and show up on time to work, which is 6AM at our shop in Santa Fe Springs. We work all over coastal Southern California, and inland to the 55 Freeway. Sometimes you will be going to the job location, not the shop. Gas allowances are paid, and you are paid for travel time that originates and ends at our shop.
Shop workers, welders will be reporting at 7AM to our Santa Fe Springs shop.
Welders must have experience with gas arc welding of aluminum extrusion, and all the cutting and assembly of same. Sales and office workers will be reporting to our shop at 8AM.
Salespeople are expected to have knowledge of construction, and be able to get on roofs and up into attics to make inspections. All office staff are expected to be computer literate with a good grasp of Microsoft Word.
